WHOLESALE PRICE LIST & CATALOG FOR FOLDED GREETING CARDS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT: $100

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
All Prisma Journey Design items are packaged with love and care and all cards and envelopes are in clear cello packaging
SALES TAX and shipping will be automatically calculated during the check out process. For tax exemption, a resale certificate or exemption file will need to be provided. Prisma Journey Design determines the best parcel carrier for your package’s delivery. The parcel carrier is based on size, location and number of packages going to a specific location, which can be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. All items in stock must allow 3 to 5 business days to process. All items not in stock must allow 7 to 10 business days to process. Shipping time is in addition to processing time and will depend on the parcel carrier for your package’s delivery.
RETURN POLICY Orders that are unused and unopened may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned items, the charges will be credited to you. Please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable. Final sale items, used or opened items cannot be returned. All custom design and personalized orders are final and non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
