How will the items be shipped to me?
Prisma Journey Design determines the best parcel carrier for your package’s delivery. The parcel carrier is based on size, location and number of packages going to a specific location, which can be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
What will my shipping costs be?
Prisma Journey Design provides an affordable, Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $5.95.

Please be advised there is just one shipping cost per order, no matter how many boxes and envelopes are shipped. Sales tax and shipping will be automatically calculated during the check out process.
When will my order ship?
All items in stock must allow 3 to 5 business days to process. All items not in stock must allow 7 to 10 business days to process. Shipping time is in addition to processing time and will depend on the parcel carrier for your package’s delivery.

Custom Design processing times will vary and be determined after project is discussed and implemented.

Prisma Journey design cannot guarantee delivery dates; you will receive an email the day your order is shipped, which will include shipping confirmation and tracking information. We guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service. However, from this point, we do not take responsibility for the delivery of shipment to you. Please note that Prisma Journey Design cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays due to holidays, weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
Where can orders be shipped?
Prisma Journey Design currently ships to all addresses within the U.S. We do not offer international shipping options but plan to do so in the near future.
What is your return policy?
Orders that are unused and unopened may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned items, the charges will be credited to you. Please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable. Final sale items, used or opened items cannot be returned. All custom design and personalized orders are final and non-refundable once your order is confirmed.

We provide artwork via downloadable media. We do not supply a finished product, we supply files ready and suitable for your printing files.
Do you charge sales tax?
We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. Prisma Journey Design also collects sales tax in states that have adopted the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA), including Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

PRISMA JOURNEY DESIGN DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because Prisma Journey Design is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.
